Know where every unit stands.

Doorderly keeps your properties, units, and occupancy in one place — so “which places are empty and what are they worth?” takes a glance instead of an afternoon with a spreadsheet.

Built around how rentals actually work

Properties and units

A property is the building. A unit is the rentable space inside it. A single-family house has one; a duplex has two. Doorderly models that directly, so a fourplex is one address and four sets of numbers rather than four confusing entries.

Occupancy at a glance

Every unit is occupied, vacant, or under maintenance. The dashboard totals your occupancy rate and shows exactly which units are empty and what each was renting for.

Rent roll that reflects reality

Monthly totals count occupied units only. A vacant unit is not income, and a tool that pretends otherwise is worse than no tool.

A real desk, not just a phone

Some jobs are fine on a phone. Adding a property, correcting a lease figure, or working through a whole building's units is not one of them.

Doorderly gives you a full web panel for the involved work, so you are not pinching and zooming through a form that wanted a keyboard.

Yours alone

Each landlord's data is isolated at the database level, not by application code remembering to filter. Your portfolio is not visible to anyone else using Doorderly, by construction.

Passwords are hashed, never stored. Every form is protected against cross-site request forgery. There are no third-party plugins in the stack to inherit somebody else's vulnerability from.

On the way

Doorderly is early and we would rather say so than pad this page. Here is what is being built next, roughly in order.

  1. Tenants and leases Who occupies a unit, lease dates, rent, deposits.
  2. Rent and payments What is owed, what came in, and who is behind.
  3. Maintenance requests Per-unit tickets with status, priority, and cost.
  4. iPhone and Android apps The quick jobs, wherever you happen to be standing.
